Overview

The NCCI and Bureau States Workers Compensation Template provides rules, rates, forms, statistical codes and state mandated taxes and surcharges for the Voluntary Market.   It also supports Quote to Issuance and Day Two transactional processing and Integration for Duck Creek Billing, Claims and Insights.

Workers Compensation is a monoline product.  The Workers Compensation product incorporates NCCI, Bureau, and Independent rating rules associated with coverage options and endorsements. Information for specific coverages is located on the appropriate pages in the Interview Workflow. 

The Workers Compensation rates all NCCI class codes for both NCCI and Bureau States and Independent States as follows:

• NCCI Jurisdictions – AL, AK, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, UT, VA, VT, WV
• Independent Bureaus – CA, DE, IN, MA, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, WI
• Monopolistic States – ND, OH, WA, WY
