4:00pm – 4:45pm	Vinyasa Yoga As you kick off Formation ’23, we invite you to nurture your mind, body, and spirit with an all-levels vinyasa yoga class. Children in foster care typically transition from home to home with their processions in trash bags. They provide an efficient way to build muscle, strength, endurance, and overall work capacity. This is meant to be fun – and a workout.
