Shon is Duck Creek’s chief customer and delivery officer. He manages the professional services and customer account management groups, which consist of more than 600 employees in eight business locations around the globe. He’s responsible for improving customer experiences and satisfaction and orchestrating implementation services across the range of client interactions, integrations, and implementations of Duck Creek’s insurance technologies and solutions

Previously he was responsible for the delivery, transformation, and quality assurance of Accenture’s financial services assets globally. This included ensuring the high quality for all of Accenture’s insurance and banking assets, coaching client delivery teams who used these assets to adhere to practices that minimized delivery risk, and transforming all delivery centers that built and maintained these assets to a minimum certification of CMMI level 3. The centers were located in cities around the globe, namely, Germany, India, Philippines, Spain and the USA.

Shon has more than 30 years of experience in large-scale systems delivery, solution architecture, and software development for Accenture, Accenture Duck Creek, and now Duck Creek Technologies. His mandate is to collaborate with Duck Creek’s customers and Global Alliance delivery partners to ensure the right project team is assembled to achieve a successful implementation.
