Jeff Winter

Chief Marketing Officer

Jeff has more than 20 years in B2B high-tech marketing, driving growth and leadership wherever he has worked. He is a passionate and skilled business leader who believes that the combination of a strong culture, the right values, talented employees, and a focus on results will always create outstanding workplaces.

Jeff comes to us from Rocket Software, a global leader in the mainframe and legacy platform space. As CMO, Jeff rebuilt and transformed the marketing function and was responsible for driving brand awareness, building pipeline, and increasing customer retention and engagement. Under Jeff’s leadership, Rocket doubled brand awareness, helped grow top line revenue through lead generation programs, established a strategic marketing model with IBM (the company’s lead partner) and created a customer retention platform that had more than 1,000 users, helping to drive the highest net promoter score in the company’s history.

Prior to Rocket, Jeff was Divisional CMO and Global VP for a Pitney Bowes’ software and data business (since sold to Precisely). He was responsible for all aspects of marketing, and helped return the division to consecutive years of revenue growth. With a focus on the SaaS and data sides of the business, Jeff was part of the executive leadership team that led the successful sale to Precisely.

Jeff received an MBA from the Goizueta School of Business, where he was a recipient of the Roberto Goizueta Scholarship. As an undergrad, Jeff received a BA in English Literature from Skidmore College; after playing college basketball at Skidmore, Jeff played professionally in Israel. He now lives in Fairfield, CT with his wife and two teenage boys. In addition to family time, Jeff enjoys golf, live music, and travel.
