Amir Farid serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Transformation Officer at Westfield Insurance. He has direct operational and transformational leadership for all business segments across Commercial Lines and P&L responsibilities for end to end business operations. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Farid was Chief Operating Officer for Travelers Business Insurance Operating Model Transformation Strategy and also served as the COO for Products & Platforms. He has over 25 years of experience in the Insurance industry as a result-oriented leader developing vision and strategy and leading complex transformations and large-scale execution. Mr. Farid has also served in leadership roles for several companies across different industries and as a Management Consultant in the United States and Europe.
