Sara Mikulski

Sara Mikulski is the Director of IT Operations at UPC Insurance, the leading provider of both personal and commercial lines property insurance in catastrophe exposed areas. Prior to joining UPC Insurance, Sara was with Esurance for 5 years and Hyatt Hotel Corporation for 2. She has over 12 years of experience in technology-based roles and 7 years in the Insurance industry. Sara oversees the Production Support team, Service Desk, and the RPA Development Team at UPC Insurance, supporting DCOD Claims and very soon, Policy and Billing. She won Ninja of the Year 2019 because she lives the core values at UPC every day. In her spare time, she tends to her urban apiaries as a state-licensed beekeeper. She lives in St Pete with her husband Rob, dog Walker Texas Ranger and cat Helen.
