Kardiner Cadet

Kardiner is Senior Vice President of StarStone’s eCommerce Division. In this capacity, Kardiner is responsible for ongoing operations and evolving the division’s digital strategy. He brings more than 22 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. Prior to Starstone, Kardiner had two stints at AIG spanning a total of 12 years. During this time, he managed AIG’s $300 million GWP per annum small business portal. He was also responsible for installing a policy admin solution that automated workflows and helped the excess casualty division grow from $800 million to $2 billion GWP per year.

Kardiner also spent two years at Zurich North America, where he managed a primary lawyers professional liability portal for the professional lines division, an underground storage tank portal for the environmental division, and a medical stop loss project for the accident & health division.
