Busy is responsible for overseeing the customer lifecycle from evaluation through to implementation, successful deployment and continued growth as a Cape partner. Busy is a 19 year veteran of the insurance industry spending time on both the carrier side with AIG as well as the technology side leading DocuSign’s Commercial Insurance & Financial Services team.
