How do I register for Formation ‘23?

What does my Registration Fee cover?
Formation 2023 is being held only in-person and will provide you with sessions designed to keep you competitive and on track in 2023. You will have access to the general sessions, breakout sessions, and optional networking events, including a golf tournament, a welcome reception, the W.I.N. event, and an evening celebration on Tuesday night. Dinner is provided Monday and Tuesday; breakfast and lunch will be available Tuesday and Wednesday (boxed lunch on Wednesday).
Who can attend Formation ‘23?
Formation ’23 is limited to P&C and general insurance carriers, Duck Creek customers, partner sponsors, industry analysts, media, and invited guests.
Can I bring a guest?
One guest per in-person attendee is permitted for a fee of $150, which allows them the option to participate in the golf tournament and evening events only. Guests must be 21+. Each guest must be accompanied by a paying Formation ’23 registration holder, and the guest must be registered with the attendee registration. The guest pass does not include access to sessions, breakfasts or lunches, or any other activities reserved for attendees not listed above.
What are the conference dates/hours?

- The conference dates are Monday, May 8 – Wednesday, May 10, 2023.
- User Groups for current customers will be held Monday, May 8 starting at 9:00 AM. An optional Golf tournament will also be held Monday, starting at 11:00 AM.
- The Launchpad will open at 6:30 PM on Monday, May 8 with a Welcome Reception to follow.
- The general session will start Tuesday, May 9 at 8:30 AM.
- The Customer Celebration Party will begin at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, May 9.
- Formation will conclude at 12:15 PM on Wednesday, May 10 (the general sessions and breakouts).
What is happening on Monday?
Registration is open at 8:00 AM. If you’d like to play a round of golf, we have a scramble golf tournament starting at 11:00 AM at the hotel golf course. User Groups, for current customers, will start at 9:00AM. At 6:30 PM the Launchpad opens with a welcome reception.

What will be available online?
General sessions will be available on-demand after Formation; breakout sessions will not be posted.
What is your Covid-19 policy?
As of today, masks are optional but strongly encouraged. We will continue to monitor the situation and follow all CDC, state, and local guidelines and will update accordingly. We ask that all attendees who are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 or have recently been exposed to anyone who has tested positive, not attend in-person.
How do I login to view or modify my registration?
Please log into Cvent via your confirmation email.
The Cvent system may need your confirmation number, which is the number found in your confirmation email.
Your confirmation number is in the registration confirmation email. You can also request it through the system by clicking on the “Forgot Your Confirmation Number?” link.
Once you log in, you’ll see your Registration Summary page. Click on “Modify Registration” to add or remove optional items to your agenda.
When will the detailed agenda be made available?
A detailed Agenda will be available in late February; we will notify all registrants to log in to view the agenda and select their sessions.
What is the theme for the Tuesday evening event?
Join us for a fun Ken-Ducky Derby event on Tuesday evening!
What is the recommended conference attire?
Recommended attire is business casual. The Tuesday-themed event is Ken-Ducky Derby; feel free to dress up in a relaxed Kentucky Derby vibe!
What meals are included?
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided for in-person conference attendees during the event. Guests are welcome to attend the evening events. Please indicate any dietary requirements on the registration form.
What is your cancellation policy?
We fully recognize that every individual’s situation is different — and that conditions are in flux. Duck Creek is working hard to ensure your safety and comfort when you attend Formation ‘23. As a result, if you need to cancel you will receive a full refund if you cancel before 12:00 PM EST Friday, March 1, 2023.
