This integration retrieves city, state and zip when a US zip code is provided.

This direct integration with Pitney Bowes provides out the box workflow to provide the ability to retrieve and populate the city, state and zip code when only a zip code is entered in Duck Creek Claims. Utilizing this integration will provide you with  the data to more accurately analyze and evaluate claims during the claims process.
