Gopal is a Vice President at Chubb, the world’s largest publicly traded Property and Casualty (P&C) company with operations in over 54 countries. In his current role leading the North America Claims Strategic and Transformation Programs, he is managing the implementation of the next generation of Enterprise Claims platform and the migration and integration of multiple legacy Claims platforms.

Previous to this role, as the head of Cross-Commercial PMO, he was responsible for the end-to-end delivery of critical multi-year enterprise programs and projects supporting the Commercial, Specialty (Financial Lines) and Surety business lines with over $8 billion in revenue.

He also led the early implementation of the new policy administration system in support of new lower middle market commercial products in targeted growth markets as well as the implementation of US wide sanctions screening program.

Gopal holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Pennsylvania State University.
