Mr. Waite is the former Chief Executive Officer of YODIL, a leading provider of Enterprise Data Management Software for the Insurance Industry. Mr. Waite led the strategic acquisition of Yodil by Duck Creek Technologies in December 2016.

Mr. Waite is also a member of the Board of Directors for BACE LLC, a world class manufacturer to the waste and recycling industry.

Previously, Mr. Waite was the President of BCF Technology Inc., the leading provider of web services to the insurance sector, claiming 75 of the top Property & Casualty insurance carriers as clients. Mr. Waite was a key member of the Board of Directors that negotiated the sale of BCF Technology in July 2006 to Vertafore Inc.

Prior to BCF Technology, Inc., Mr. Waite was the President/Co-Founder of Access CoverageCorp, Inc., a world-class provider of underwriting technology solutions for the insurance industry, which was purchased by The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. in October 2001. In addition, Mr. Waite was the co-inventor of the Virtual Insurance Platform (VIP) and responsible for securing $20,000,000 in funding.
