Duck Creek University Courses
Exploring Regression Runner
This session will provide hands-on training of the Regression Runner tool used to compare actual and expected XML responses from Server. Topics we will focus on include: user interface, tasks, and comparing XML and PDF features. Participants will write common, simple XML requests to run in the tool and complete a mock build with changes allowing the user to experience the real-time pass/fail features of the tool.
Duck Creek Forms Special Topics
If you’re tired of having to maintain multiple versions of forms to accommodate merged data, different signatures, or company brand changes, this session is for you.  We’ll share time-saving tips and proven processes that you can implement by using .doc or .pdf source documents.
Introduction to AgencyPortal

This session will provide a hands-on introduction to XML configuration of AgencyPortal. Topics covered include: product definitions, pages, field validations and dynamic transaction rendering (DTR) with behaviors. Attendees will configure a new product and its associated validations and business rules from a typical business specification.

Using Insights to Create, Manage and Measure an effective Enterprise Data Management Program
During this session, we will explore how companies can utilize the Insights platform to develop, implement, manage and measure an effective enterprise data management program. Data management requires collaboration between business and IT to ensure that information assets can be delivered at the speed of business to support iterative and scaled growth. Insights is designed to manage the full range of internal, external and third-party data – vital for reporting and analytics as the business inevitably changes and grows. The session will include a review of the functionality and demonstrate data integration, quality, lineage, and more.
