Elk Ridge Estates is located at the junction of Highways 14 and 89. From Duck Creek Village: Take Highway 14 east, 12 miles to the entrance of Elk Ridge Estates on the left side.

From Duck Creek Village: Take Highway 14 east approximately 2 miles. At the 1st major intersection, turn left onto the Mammoth Creek Rd. Follow this road about 10 miles and you will be in the Mammoth Creek, Tommy Creek, Aspen Highlands, and Yellow Pines areas.


Meadow View Heights

Meadow View Heights is located directly behind Duck Creek Village, and features year round and power to lots, most lots are 1/2 ac. Year round water coming summer 2005. From Duck Creek Village: Go to the west end of town and bear right at the end of the main road. Continue on this road until it forks. At this point you can either get into Meadow View Heights by going "straight" throuh the mountain cut or bear right and go around Movie Ranch Rd.


Mirror Lake

A very small and lovely subdivision offering year round water and easy access. All lots are level and approximately 1/2 acre. All lots in Kane County are subject to small fees annually for fire protection and trash collection.

From Duck Creek Village: Take Highway 14 east 1/8 mile. Take 1st left and staight into Mirror Lake.


Movie Ranch

This area borders Duck Creek Village on both sides of Highway 14. There are no CC&R's. Moble homes, RV's and trailers are permitted. There is year round water and power. Some lots have easy access.


Navajo Lake Estates

Lots available in Navajo Lake Estates are perfect for a cool beautiful summer getaway. Area is quiet and roads are good but accessible from June through Oct only as a rule. No power is available, water is available from a spring located on the main road.

From Duck Creek Village: Take Highway 14 west approximately 5 miles to the Navajo Lake Rd. Turn left and go around the lake. Contunue on approximately 4 additional miles past the lake and you will find Navajo Lake Estates

Swains Creek

New year round water system completed. Phone service is also available. There is an airstrip available to all lot owners. CC&R's available. Private stocked fishing pond for owners. From Duck Creek Village: Take Hightway 14 east 6 miles to the Swains Creek area entrance. Turn right and take the road approximately 2 miles to the Swains Creek Subdivision


Timber Trails

Timber Trails is a small subdivision of 60 lots surrounded mainly by Forest Service Land. Power and year-round water available to all lots. Very quiet area. Water is provided by Kane County Water Conservancy District. All lots in Kane County are subject to small fees annually for fire protection and trash collection.

From Duck Creek Village: Take Highway 14 east approximately 2 miles to the 1st major intersection. Take a right on Duck Creek Ridge Rd. Stay straight and go all the way to the end. You will pass Color Country Estates and Duck Creek Pines. At the green water tank, go right around it onto Power Line Rd. Look for the Timber Trails subdivision sign on the left.


Tommy Creek (Mammoth)

Tommy Creek is located in the middle of the Mammoth Creek area on the west side of Mammoth Creek. All lots have power. A lovely wooded area with close proximity to great fishing in Mammoth Creek. There may be difficulty in obtaining water to these lots. Please check with your realtor.

From Duck Creek Village: Take Highway 14 east approximately 2 miles. At the 1st major intersection, turn left onto the Mammoth Creek Rd. Follow this road about 10 miles and you will be in the Mammoth Creek, Tommy Creek, Aspen Highlands, and Yellow Pines areas.


Yellow Pines (Mammoth)
